# ProgreTech Business Application Source License

1. Purchased application and organization

After confirmed eligible payment, ProgreTech grants the named purchasing organization a non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify and deploy the identified ProgreTech source release to operate one business application or service for that organization per purchased product/SKU. A catalog purchase grants this scope separately for each application release included in its accepted purchase or earned update coverage. Development, testing, backup, disaster-recovery and production replicas of that same application are permitted; there is no ProgreTech per-server or end-user meter under this source license.

The application may support the organization's internal operations and may be offered as that organization's own public or private service to its customers and end users, free or paid. For the Store application, this includes operating the organization's own storefront and selling products it has the right to sell. This source purchase supplies software rights; it does not supply access to ProgreTech's hosted services, customer accounts, data, infrastructure or vendor entitlements.

Employees and authorized contractors may access the source only to implement and maintain the licensed organization's application. Separate legal entities, including affiliates and agency clients, need their own applicable license or express written scope. Merely changing the displayed organization name does not transfer an existing grant.

2. Source distribution, branding and third-party rights

Do not resell, publish, sublicense or distribute the ProgreTech project source or its derivatives as a software/source product, template, library, download or separate white-label copy for another organization without an express written grant. Public end-user operation above is permitted; providing necessary HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other browser assets as part of normal use of the licensed service is permitted. It does not grant recipients a right to redistribute the ProgreTech project source. Customers using a licensed Store may distribute their own eligible products; this does not authorize them to resell ProgreTech's source products without the corresponding rights.

The purchaser owns its independently created modifications, content and business data. ProgreTech retains ownership of its original code and assets. Rebranding the licensed deployment is permitted, but retain reasonable ProgreTech source/documentation attribution and all required third-party notices. This license does not transfer trademarks or imply endorsement of the purchaser's service. Third-party, open-source and source-available terms continue to govern their respective components; this document does not narrow independently granted rights or authorize use beyond those component licenses.

3. Perpetual earned releases and optional updates

The eligible release identified in the accepted purchase is licensed perpetually. Releases earned through verified paid update coverage retain their applicable source rights after that coverage ends. The software needs no continuing ProgreTech license connection to run. Refunds, disputes or an established license breach may affect the corresponding grant under the accepted purchase terms and applicable law; cancellation of future maintenance alone does not revoke an independently earned perpetual release.

Future releases, maintenance, installation, consulting and support are included only as expressly described in the accepted offer. A maintained-updates subscription earns qualified releases during its paid coverage under the separately accepted subscription terms; it is not managed hosting, unlimited support, a fixed release schedule or a response-time SLA. The purchaser supplies its own hosting, data, backups, access controls, model/API usage and external vendor licenses. Initial implementation by a Python-capable technical team or developer is recommended.

4. Operation and mandatory rights

The purchaser is responsible for lawful deployment, authorized data processing, access policies, backups, integrations and modifications. Except where mandatory law or an express written commitment requires otherwise, the software is supplied as is; no unlisted warranty, security/compliance certification or suitability for safety-critical use is promised. Do not use the software to access a system or data without authorization.

For missing delivery, duplicate charges or a material mismatch with the documented released functionality, contact info@progretech.com with the order reference. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain preserved. The accepted order, identified release, attached agreement and any expressly accepted additional terms determine the purchased scope. Earlier agreements, accepted broader written grants and already earned rights are not rewritten by publishing this version.
