Information used by the Store.

The Store receives your account identifier, verified email and account-security state from the existing ProgreTech identity service. It records product, order, payment, license and download references to fulfill purchases, protect access and support you.

Stripe processes your payment information on its hosted checkout. The Store does not collect or store card numbers. Transaction references and the payment or refund state are used to maintain your entitlements.

Security and essential storage.

An essential secure session cookie supports sign-in, checkout protection and your library. The Store checks current account and license status before protected actions. Payment notifications are verified before granting access.

Operational and security records support troubleshooting and access protection. Secrets, source-application customer data and payment-card details do not belong in support messages or uploaded material. This Store does not request access to a buyer’s self-hosted systems.

Your self-hosted applications.

Data processed in a customer-deployed application stays under that deployment’s configuration and control. Choosing an external AI or cloud provider may send data to that provider; the product guide describes the relevant route. A local model option does not make every integration offline.

Retention and requests.

Account, order and entitlement records are retained as needed to provide eligible redownloads, handle support and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact address above. Some purchase or security records may need to be retained when required by law or an unresolved transaction.

The Store does not add optional advertising analytics without a separate informed choice. Links to hosted applications, Stripe and external provider documentation lead to services with their own privacy terms.
