you are buying.

Your source license.

After confirmed payment, ProgreTech grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify and deploy the purchased ProgreTech source release for the purchaser’s own internal operations. Employees and authorized contractors may work with the source solely for that organization, subject to these terms.

You retain your independently created modifications. Purchasing a source license does not transfer ownership of ProgreTech’s original intellectual property, its trademarks or third-party components. Keep reasonable attribution and all required third-party notices.

The standard license does not permit reselling the source, distributing it as a competing product, or operating a commercial service for third parties. Affiliates, service-provider use and broader redistribution require the scope stated in an enterprise or separate written agreement. Rights already granted by an applicable open-source or source-available license continue to apply to those components.

What the download includes.

• The approved version of the application source.
• Product-specific installation and model/integration guidance.
• License and third-party notices, release details and verification evidence.
• Synthetic example material identified in the release guide.

A source edition does not include access to ProgreTech’s hosted infrastructure, paid AI usage, external vendor licenses or customer-specific integrations unless the product explicitly includes them.

Permanent access to eligible releases.

A perpetual source license covers the eligible release you purchased. You can return to your account library to redownload it while your account and license remain active. Security holds, refunds, chargebacks, legal restrictions and termination for a material license breach may affect further download access.

Future major versions, maintenance and support are included only when the product’s purchase terms expressly include them. A catalog-wide enterprise agreement defines its eligible products, organizations, future-release entitlement and continuity provisions separately.

Keep a verified offline copy of your purchased package and license. Self-hosted software does not require a continuous ProgreTech licensing connection to execute unless the particular product states a separate service dependency.

Setup and operating costs.

A technical team or developer comfortable with Python, deployment and identity configuration is recommended for initial implementation. You supply your infrastructure, approved credentials, models and external services. Your organization is responsible for its data, access policies, backups and the effects of its changes.

Product pages distinguish tested targets from planned or untested targets. A hosted demonstration may differ from the delivered source edition. A model adapter does not include the model provider’s subscription, permissions or usage allowance.

Payments, refunds and support.

Checkout shows the final amount and applicable tax before you confirm payment. A one-time source purchase is not a recurring subscription. Stripe processes payment details; ProgreTech receives the transaction references needed for fulfillment and support.

For a duplicate charge, missing delivery or a material mismatch with the documented released functionality, contact info@progretech.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide a correction or appropriate refund. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved. A refunded or disputed order may have download access revoked or held while it is reviewed.

Source is provided with the limitations stated in its documentation. No unlisted installation service, response-time commitment, compliance certification or suitability for safety-critical use is included. Separate support or implementation services require an explicit agreement.
